A variable priority flow divider controls how hydraulic flow is distributed between a regulated circuit and a bypass circuit. A combination valve adds another control function, such as directional control, within the same body.
The Webtec VFD120 is a standalone variable priority flow divider, while the CV120 combines VFD120-derived flow control with a directional spool and integrated service-port pressure relief.
Both product families have a total flow capacity of 120 L/min (32 US gpm), with manually controlled versions offering regulated flow capacities up to 95 L/min (25 US gpm).
However, their maximum pressure ratings differ:
- CV120: Up to 250 bar (3,600 psi).
- VFD120: Up to 420 bar (6,000 psi).
The appropriate choice depends on whether directional control is required within the same valve, the working pressure and the available installation space.
