If you’re a hydraulic service engineer, a preventative maintenance specialist, a pre-dispatch inspector or an R&D technician, we have a new development that will make your role decisively easier - without breaking the bank. We’ve purposely designed our new HPM5000 mid-size hydraulic datalogger to offer a large range of features and functions at an attractive price point. With its graphical/numerical touchscreen control and up to 14 channels, the Webtec HPM5000 will help you measure, log and analyse hydraulic machinery data efficiently and effectively.
We know that service engineers like to keep things simple, which means you’ll love our easy-to-use, rugged and compact HPM5000 max kit. A trio of pressure transducers that plug on to any standard pressure test point will immediately reveal the hydraulic system’s actual, peak and differential pressure values. If you need to measure flow, temperature, speed or contamination - no problem: various additional sensors are available to meet your needs.
The whole idea behind the HPM5000 mid-size hydraulic datalogger is to provide a cost-effective way of making your life easier. This versatile device can record data for up to 7 days, intelligently adjusting storage time based on available capacity and data storage rates. Moreover, downloading data for further analysis is simple via USB. You can subsequently leverage the datalogger’s capabilities for hydraulic system set-up and more involved fault finding. And if your role involves the assessment of machine prototypes, our new HPM5000 is ideal for tasks such as identifying potential issues associated with high-inertia loads.
For test stand technicians there’s also plenty to like about our HPM5000. For instance, the datalogger is easy to mount and offers simple connection to an external PC for real-time data monitoring on a large screen.
So, what exactly is the channel capacity of this ‘mid-size’ datalogger? Well, you can measure responses from up to six Webtec plug-and-play CAN sensors (12 channels) and two auxiliary analogue sensors. Two calculated channels are also available, allowing you to apply calculations to any relevant readings, including pressure, temperature and flow.
For the analysis or storage of measurements, you can export/live stream all data to a Windows PC running our free-to-download HPMComm 7.6 software. The software can create diagrams to present recorded measurements, where manipulating diagram curves allows for precise hydraulic analysis. For preventive maintenance, it’s possible to import, superimpose and compare test results from different times to identify performance deterioration.
If all this sound good, please get in touch with our friendly and professional team to find out how the HPM5000 can benefit your hydraulic test and measurement applications.
