We design and manufacture innovative hydraulic components and hydraulic test equipment for mobile, industrial and agricultural machinery. Our products are manufactured in the UK and marketed worldwide. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Full-Time China and East Asia Area Sales Coordinator

This is a full-time role, based in Hong Kong, primarily to provide administrative assistance for the business development director (East Asia) on a day-to-day basis.

As a member of a busy sales office, the coordinator will provide a key support function liaising with Customers, Sales and the Production Team to ensure smooth running of Webtec (Hong Kong) Ltd

The successful applicant must speak fluent Mandarin and English, with experience of dealing with Chinese customers. They must have a proven record of working in a customer facing coordinator role that requires telephone skills, close attention to detail, multi-tasking, ability to follow procedures and use of Microsoft Office.  This role requires the flexibility to switch between Mandarin and English when dealing with customer communication, quote and order entry, and quote follow-up.

Experienced in working in a business-to-business or industrial sales environment as well as pro-active tele-sales experience would be an advantage.
