Webtec, the Cambridgeshire based hydraulic measurement and control equipment manufacturer, recently marked the opening of their new Hong Kong subsidiary company. 

Webtec (Hong Kong) Limited was set up in May this year to better support customers across East Asia for Webtec’s full range of hydraulic measurement and control products . Currently the team offer technical and sales support but plans have been made to increase their capability to include local stocking, service and recalibration for the full range of Webtec hydraulic test equipment and control valves within the next 18 months. Ms Huimin Zhang, recently appointed Business Development Director for East Asia, commented, “we want to grow our presence in East Asia and having spoken to customers they all said they wanted easy access to stock, after sales support and local repair and recalibration facilities which are essential for hydraulic test equipment users. We are aiming to invest in our Hong Kong Company over the coming months so we can offer a complete service package for our customers across East Asia”
