Webtec will be sponsoring their Finance Director, David Wassell, this April to run two marathons, and complete a 20-mile obstacle race in May.

David, who has asthma himself, has chosen Asthma UK as the charity to benefit from the sponsorship commented “I’m grateful for Webtec sponsoring me as I attempt to complete all three races and I have chosen Asthma UK because even though I have mild asthma, many suffers have severe or chronic asthma attacks, which in some cases can be fatal. The UK has amongst the highest death rates from asthma in Europe so any money raised will assist with asthma research to better understand the causes of asthma, and find new treatments for severe asthma.”
