Ely Lupi has joined Webtec’s Milwaukee team as Inside Sales Co-ordinator and one of her main focusses will be to build and maintain good customer relationships, assisting them with their enquiries, quotes and processing orders.

Elly moved from Italy with her husband in January, who is from Milwaukee. Last year she graduated from the Open University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and languages. She loves languages but like most Europeans is finding the conversion of the US dates format, temperature and the lack of metric system a little bit challenging!

Previously Elly has worked in administration in England and Italy for companies in the manufacture of equipment for the tissue converting industry and is excited to be taking on a more customer facing role.

“I am very excited to be joining the Webtec team! Everyone made me feel comfortable from day one and I am looking forward to creating relationships so that I can help people to meet their needs and be able to challenge myself to grow professionally and personally”, commented Ely on joining Webtec.

In her spare times she likes yoga, playing volleyball, travel and good wine.
