About the role:

Webtec are looking to recruit Electro/Mechanical Assembler and Tester

As the Electro/Mechanical Assembler and Tester, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of hydraulic flow equipment and completing the associated documentation.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Follow Health & Safety policy, highlight any health issues to line management.
  • Maintain all Quality Standards.
  • Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components from technical drawings or models.
  • Assemble components, completing in -process inspection during assembly.
  • Use the ERP software system to plan, pick, issue items and assign serial numbers where required, for the assembly of product.
  • Test products using hydraulic equipment.
  • Complete all associated documentation.
  • Work cross functionally across departments.

Ideally you will:

  • Have willingness to contribute new ideas towards improvements.
  • You will have good communication skills with strong personal motivation and commitment to make things happen and be used to working to tight production deadlines.
  • Good IT skills
  • Self-motivated with great work ethics.
  • Punctual, reliable, organised, and tidy.
  • Experience with use of tools.
