Is it really 12 months since we successfully opened our Sereen Room here at our St Ives HQ? Congratulations to our Webtec Wellbeing team who continue to support our colleagues ensuring that this ‘safe space’ is here for anybody who needs it. Whether that’s resting from a migraine, meeting with their mentor or mental health first aider, a quite catch-up conversation regarding a difficult situation or colleagues just needing 10 minutes on their own where they won’t be disturbed.
 
As part of Webtec’s induction process, new employees also meet with a mentor in the Sereen Room during their probationary period, ensuring that all new colleagues receive the support they need when starting their new role and throughout the future.
