About the role:
Webtec are looking to recruit a UK Territory Manager with the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Manager role with Sales company leadership, P&L and team management responsibility within a year. As the UK Territory Manager, you will be working within an experienced team, focussing on developing our OEMs and Distributors whilst being responsible for winning new customers particularly within the Mobile machinery sectors.
Key responsibilities include:

Maintain and grow business with our OEM customers

Maintain and grow business through our authorised distributors

Plan and forecast future business

Find New OEM customers
You must have:
A background in engineering and specifically the fluid power industry it is essential that you have a degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification, at least 5 years B2B sales and team management experience and a desire to progress your career and to take on a leadership role at Webtec in future.
