High-flow hydraulic test kit CT1500R-HPM

The CT1500R-HPM is a modular test kit solution for pre-dispatch inspection or diagnostic testing of large hydraulic pumps and motors at flows up to 1500 lpm (400 US gpm) and pressures up to 420 bar (6000 psi). Applications include mining and demolition machinery as well as on hydraulic power units used in marine applications.

When the flow meter, load valve and datalogger kits are used together the user can accurately measure, display and record hydraulic flow, pressure, temperature and peak pressure. In addition, the user can calculate hydraulic power and differential pressure.

The loading valve gives smooth progressive pressure control allowing components such as pumps and motors to be tested safely under load. The loading valve features Webtec’s unique Interpass® safety protection system which bypasses oil internally in the event of the valve being over pressurised.

Note: the HV1500 is designed for loading a system and is not suitable as a shut-off valve to hold a static load.

The CT1500R-HPM is made up of three kits: CT1500 flow meter kit, the HV1500 load valve kit and the HPM4030 Max datalogger Kit. The kits can be bought and used independently and other HPM datalogger kits can be used instead, please talk to Sales.

  • Complete solution for use in the field or in a workshop
  • FAST checks on pumps, motors, valves, cylinders and hydrostatic transmissions.
  • Measures flow in both directions (Note: CT1500 is uni-directional when used with HV1500 kit)
  • Smooth progressive pressure control
  • High tensile aluminium body rated at 420 bar (6000 psi)
  • Pilot operated over pressure internal bypass valve

Interpass® safety protection system, bypasses oil internally in the event of the valve being over pressurised.
