Zero-leak hydraulic directional control valves now available with CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 interface as standard in both aluminium & stainless steel

We have recently further updated the Webtec 180 series, (formerly made by Danfoss / Comatrol), of aluminium high-pressure rotary directional control valves to now include a CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 mounting option as standard, without the need for additional interface plates, thus simplifying the installation and offering a smaller and more cost effective solution. The 180 series is rated up to 700 bar (10,000 psi), though this is limited to 350 bar (5000 psi) when used with the CETOP 3 / NFPA D03 mounting.

The option of CETOP 3 / D03 mounting has also been added to the 280 series of stainless-steel high-pressure zero-leak hydraulic directional control valves, giving the customer an easy-to-install option for marine and offshore applications as well. The 280 series is ideal for use on actuator control panels and HPUs, as shown in this recent application built by Allison Hydraulics, a hydraulic system integrator based in Washington (UK), to control a Heypac air driven pump and accumulator.

The addition of the CETOP 3 / D03 mounting options extends the product range giving the user over 5000 versions to choose from, including 7 rotor types and 3 flow / pressure sizes, making it even easier to find the right model to fit your application. Product customisation to suit your particular application are possible, please contact Sales to discuss your requirements.
